WSTMNY is a digital leaderboard placement service for adults (18+).
You voluntarily pay to be permanently recorded on a public leaderboard.
There are no prizes, no financial returns, and no refunds.
If you delete your account, your name becomes “[deleted]” but your leaderboard entry remains forever.
Participation is intentional and final.

WSTMNY is operated by 0plus1 Pty Ltd,
Suite 295, 585 Little Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia
("we", "us", "our").
WSTMNY provides a digital leaderboard placement service.
Users voluntarily make one-off payments in exchange for permanent placement on a publicly visible leaderboard.
This is a bilateral contract involving reciprocal obligations:
  • You provide payment.
  • We publish and maintain your leaderboard placement.

  1. Eligibility

You must:
  • Be 18 years or older
  • Have legal capacity to enter a binding contract
  • Ensure participation is lawful in your jurisdiction

By using WSTMNY, you confirm these requirements are met.

  1. Nature of the Service

WSTMNY:
  • Is not gambling
  • Is not a lottery
  • Is not a prize competition
  • Is not an investment
  • Is not a donation platform
  • Does not provide financial returns

Leaderboard ranking is determined deterministically by payment amount.
There is no element of chance.
Participation is for entertainment and expressive purposes only.
If you are experiencing financial hardship or vulnerability, you should not participate.

  1. Payments

All payments:
  • Are processed via Stripe
  • Are one-off only
  • Are voluntary
  • Are final and non-refundable

You expressly request immediate leaderboard placement upon payment.
You acknowledge and agree that once placement occurs, you lose any statutory right of withdrawal that may otherwise apply to digital services.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Chargebacks initiated contrary to these Terms may result in permanent account suspension.

  1. Public Display and Licence

By registering and making a payment, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual licence to:
  • Display your submitted username
  • Display your payment amount
  • Maintain your leaderboard ranking permanently

This licence continues even if you delete your account.
If your account is deleted:
  • Your username will be replaced with “[deleted]”
  • Your leaderboard entry and payment amount will remain permanently visible

Leaderboard permanence is a core feature of the service.

  1. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:
  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • Ensuring accuracy of submitted information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
  • Violate these Terms
  • Attempt to manipulate rankings
  • Attempt fraudulent activity
  • Breach applicable laws or sanctions

  1. Sanctions and Regulatory Compliance

We may refuse or cancel transactions from jurisdictions subject to sanctions, regulatory restrictions, or legal prohibitions.
Users are responsible for ensuring participation complies with local laws.

  1. Disclaimer

WSTMNY is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We make no guarantees regarding:
  • Availability
  • Continuous operation
  • Future visibility of rankings
  • Public reception or perception

Participation is at your own discretion and risk.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability is limited to the total amount you paid us.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Material changes may be notified via the email associated with your account.
Continued use of WSTMNY constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Archived versions may be maintained for transparency.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Victoria.
